Colloseum gym in Dar es Salaam is among the place where you can put your body fit.

If you are an athlete you can enjoy a good service. I paid 70 US dollars for one one month program every morning.

I started on November 1-30, 2015. The timetable took place from 5:00 am to 7:00 am.

Nowdays my body is different from previous.

Why I  remember Colloseum gym in Dar es Salaam simply because it was my first time to enter in gym since I was born 30 years ago.
