Change your attitude

Most people spend more time planning a two- week vacation than they do planning their lives; yet career choices and job choices are the greatest factors in determining life-styles.

Today, attitudes about job and career changing have shifted radically. According to the work experts, the average worker under 35 years old , looks for a new job abaout every 18 months.

With job change comes a salary increase ranging from 25-30 percent (as opposed to 15-20 salary and benefit gains which are made on the job.

This shift in attitudes about job and career means that:

More people are continuously looking to change jobs within their area of specialization.

More people are seriously considering  (and making) a career change.

And there is more need to know how to change jobs and/or careers.
