To be a sportman needs inner decision. Some of them, especially in Tanzania have negative attitude when you practise sports; is like you send a monster in their heart. Simply because from the family level no emphasis about sports.

Lack of update policies and laws towards sports and games hinder the development as well. That’s why most likely to watch international sports and games. Personally I’m the fan of international sports and games.

Beware that sports bring people together, sport is a great tool of good health even health specialists insist about practicing sports and games for strengthen body.
